Have you ever wondered how we get to delivery from order?
Well wonder no more as I take you through how we do it.
1.Order is placed, Via Phone, Online, In Person, WhatsApp or Email
2. Order is thoroughly put onto the system and checked multiple times.
3. Fulfilment team gets the green beans ready for roasting.
4. Our talented roaster roasts each bean to the correct temperature and profile for the blend or single origin.
5. Once roasted, coffee beans have to cool until they can be packaged.
6. We then carefully label all the bags for your order and add a batch code corresponding to which batch your coffee was roasted in.
7. When your bags are ready, they are then filled to the brim with your choice of coffee and sealed air tight for optimum freshness.
8. Your order then gets put through to packing where it gets labelled up to hop on the next ride out of here.
9. We aim for your parcel to arrive to you the very next day after it leaves us here for you to enjoy as soon as possible.
10. All that is left is for you to enjoy it.
